PAT WILLIE

Pat Willie RN, MSN, NEA-BC, iRNPA

Pat Willie is a board certified healthcare nurse executive, currently serving as a leader and consultant in nursing healthcare with more than 40 years of experience. Her most recent roles include serving as Chief Nursing Officer of Edward White Hospital of St. Petersburg, FL and Associate Chief Nursing Officer of Medical City Dallas Hospital. Pat holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s of Science Degree in Nursing with extensive study and preparation in biblical studies from the prestigious Hardin Simmons University of Abilene, Texas. Being a lifelong learner, Pat’s most recent study resulted in certification as an Independent Registered Nurse Patient Advocate from the University Of Arizona College Of Nursing of Tucson.

As a gospel minister and leader, Pat has traveled both nationally and internationally with a mission to equip, inspire, influence and build strong leaders of organizations and churches. Her itinerary included travels throughout the United States, Japan and Africa.

Being led by God, Pat founded “The Gathering 2018: When Women Gather-When Women Worship,” a gathering of women with a mission to empower, equip, identify and activate their hidden strengths, purposes, gifts and callings, while telling their story. The Gathering has grown exponentially over the last 2 years from a single small group of women to travels to 2 Continents, 25 US cities and states, to include a yearly Regional Host Summit.

Pat’s most notable awards include being named as a Great 100 Nurse by the Dallas and Fort Worth Hospital Council and the Texas Nurses Association. Pat was also selected as a Dallas Business Hero by the Dallas Business Journal.

Pat and Jeff have two daughters, Dr. Katrina Willie-Musoma and Attorney Ursula Bree Willie; and one precious 5 y/o old grandson, Nathan, of which she is proud to be called his Lola.
